I have drove 3 times for this company. First go around was from 8/XX/2002 to 12/XX/2006, then I drove for them from 5/XX/2015 to 8/XX/2015 and the finally time from 12/XX/2016 to 01/XX/2016. They started out to be a pretty good company the first time and not bad even the second go around. The third time was the problem. First they put me in truck that was dirty and had begbugs in it! Being I have never dealt with this before, I didn't know what kind of bite or if it was a rash. By the time I figured it out, I am almost in California. This company tell me to pray the truck and does put me in a motel room. The problem is these things you have to spray many times to get rid of them. They didn't pay me for one of my motel rooms. Claim they were going to put me in a different truck, but when I get to Davenport, IA, dispatcher claims they don't have another truck! On last week to work for them, they had me trade a trailer that was in good shape for another trailer to rotate out trailers. The shipper has their computer system go down and they can't load me. By the time their system is up, my refrigerator isn't working. To make a long story short, I whine up sitting from Friday to Monday to get loaded. The shipper also jacks me around for 3 hours beyond the 2 hours time to load. Florilli doesn't pay me for layover pay or detention time. Drivers do want you want, but this is not an okay company to work for. The dispatcher is a liar and the president won't call you back to work out resolving the issues!

Florilli Transport Bad! Bad! Bad!

Stay away from Florilli Transport, Your check is blocked on pay day if you are not under a load, They Shut your card off every time you are not under a load. You run nothing but the back roads to avoid dot. They push you to run and if you get caught it's your ticket and if you don't run you get fired. If you tell them you are quiting like my husband did. They will leave you sitting till they find a load to get you back and then not pay you.(still fighting to get payed.) 2 months! They told him if he bought the truck back with out a load they would report it stolen, and charge him $1.50a mile.which they did. nothing but lies from this company. Their DOT RATING IS 93, Not good at all, But they will tell you it is good.

Florilli has and always will be a joke.....

They will report stupid stuff to DAC/USIS or whatever they are calling themselves this week.....

As far as running around scales and such that has been the norm in this company for years.....

At one time this was an ok company to run for 75 mph trucks and always an load to run.....

They have so many bad reviews and safety rating is very high !!!!!!!

I would not give florilli an second look now ..... They are terrible and should be avoided......

I would like to comment on a few things. There starting pay is .34 a mile and I drive a nice truck for them and always get things fixed. My check is never blocked on fridays if I am not under load. I have been at home for over a week and I got paid. The reason I am at home that long is for my new baby aubrey. They relayed my load and let me deadhead 300 miles home. They do not push or let me run illegal. If I am out of hours they relay load as long as you communicate. Do not wait until you are out of hours then tell them. Proper pre planning is a must here. They will tell you about safestat score if you ask. You can pull it up yourself and will see it is from driver violations not company or equipment violations. As for running back roads the only back roads we take are us30 and us41 to avoid oh,il,in tolls no to bypass scales. They cost too much and it eats into profit. If you ask and tell them why you need to go another way most of the time they will reroute you that way. Sometimes routing is from fuel stops too. I am sorry it did not work out for your husband at florilli but i like it here and would recommend them

Florilli Transport Bad! Bad! Bad!

Well first let me start by saying I am not a trucker but I have 2 family members that are. I thought that when they started work with Florilli they finally made a good move. It really looked that way until their 90 days were up. The first of October they were sent the back roads all the way from IA to CA. They hit WY the same time that the 17" of snow hit and the temp dropped to 19 degrees. The truck broke down and the bunk heater went out and the same time and god forbid you should idle the truck to stay warm. All Florilli cared about was getting the truck back on the road. Ice, fog so thick that they couldn't see past the hood of the truck and dispatch got on the qualcom and wanted to know why they hadn't left the bunk yet. They were told that they didn't care if the bunk heater was out that did not have anything to do with getting the load to CA. As far as getting sleep in the freezing cold they were told to go inside the truck stop and sleep in a booth. Florilli and all other trucking companies that operate like them need to understand and really start thinking about the fact that they wouldn't have anything without the drivers. They are the ones out there busting their humps to get the goods from point A to point B, they are the BLOOD LINE of the company and without the DRIVERS they would be NOTHING.

This company is a joke and this is one of three I didn't last more than a month with. I hired on through TLC in 2004 and the company was screwed up from the moment I got there. It's offices were in a Barn and this crazy chick named Aaron, my dispatcher started insulting me the moment we met. They give you routes to use and it's crazy out of route miles to avoid scales and tolls. I did three trips to the East coast for them. Wasn't allowed to use the IN, OH, or PA turnpike. They fought me to the point I refused to run unless they would pay NJ turnpike because I didn't want to run on side roads in Jersey because the cops hassle you and 4 wheelers cut you off. I froze my butt off because they used a fulel optimizer and were strict about it. I feared running out of fuel so I didn't idle and it was winter. I got real sick there and when I started adding up the miles I drove via thier routes V/S the miles I was getting paid I got out of thier truck. I don't regret it either, it was 16% or higher in unpaid miles because of the scale/toll avoiding and fuel routing. All the companies that TLC staffs for are cheaters and cheap. TLC does the payroll and HR for Florilli and they are the ones who mess it up and some people like it and other have big problems. OH yeah in my final settlement from TLC the NJ turnpike refund they promised me was witheld and listed as unauthroized toll.
