At first they are very attractive and they will promise you heaven out of their desperation to hire you. Once you are in, two things will happen, they either start changing terms of their employment or they fire you. They don't give people notices, but they will surprise you one morning without any fault with a dismissal letter, based on the operations guy emotions. The real owners are supper great but their operation employee manager is a big mess of a disaster.

Pros

promptly pays salaries and wages on time

Cons

Majority of their managers are less educated starting with operations. They are driven by emotions, feelings and lies. There is weird relationships within which the owners are not aware of and other rampant inappropriate etiquette practices.

Great company to work for coming out of school. Had some issues with their short term disability and poor communication with operations and HR during my leave. Took a while to get my belongings back, they returned my TV but my tool bag they returned was missing most of my tools. If you’re fresh out of school it’s a good place to get started unfortunately the pay is low for inexperienced drivers under 5 years of experience.

Pros

Home time flexibility Great first trucking job out of school

Cons

Operationally stretched thin HR has poor communication New VP of operations isn’t great Low pay compared to competitors

Low miles (2400-2800), Home weekly (34 hours), mostly cheese, great people, mostly east coast runs, good for the semi-retired. If you’re ambitious and looking to run 3,000-4,000 miles a week, you will not get that here. Some of the equipment is questionable and not replaces as often as they seem to indicate on their social media platforms.

Pros

Great People, friendly atmosphere, open door to President

Cons

Low Miles, Non-Responsive to drivers, scapegoat drivers.
